The Intersectionality of Martin Luther King Jr.’s vision and the Internment of Japanese Americans
Tomorrow, Feb. 17, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m., MST
During this Virtual Voices, we will discuss Dr. King’s dream that every citizen would be equal and treat others equally. Discussions will be explored using Dr King’s words, “…People fail to get along because they fear each other; they fear each other because they don’t know each other; they don’t know each other because they have not communicated with each other.” (Cornell College, 1962)
