The Workforce of the Future: Spanning Five Generations

March 12 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm MDT

There has never been a time in history when five generations were fully engaged in the workforce, until now. This new phenomenon has created both challenges and great opportunities. How will the employers of the future capitalize on them?

Maintaining resilient organizations and communities will require navigating workplaces that have broad age diversity and education, physical abilities and life experiences. The employers of the future will have to meet a range of needs, from upskilling to employees seeking purpose-driven work to flexibility to care for aging parents and much more. Join us as we explore what different generations bring into the workforce and what they value in the employee experience. Plus, how these factors can help organizations plan for the future.

This program is intended for:

  • Professionals working on D&I, DE&I, HR, talent and employee engagement
