Colorado has the #1 economy in the nation, but that economy isn’t working for everyone. Join Prosper CO to learn about the real disparities that exist in workforce, entrepreneurship and housing data. Drawing on the research and insights from Harvard economist, Dr. Raj Chetty, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Bank of America is convening industry leaders to discuss how employers can commit to advancing racial equity and economic mobility. After the keynote address, we will break into discussion groups to focus on the actionable steps businesses can take to increase equity and opportunity for their employees and the community.
