Bob Toevs is Vice President of Corporate Communications for DISH and leads Corporate Communications for DISH Network and Sling TV, a role that encompasses Corporate Affairs, and Policy, Market Facing, and Internal Communications arenas. DISH Network is a Fortune 200 pay-television provider that employs about 16,000 people across 50 states. Bob has helped to transform DISH and Sling TV sales. Those sales are driven largely through PR and have overwhelmingly exceeded all projections.
Bob’s team is also responsible for DISH Cares, the company’s corporate citizenship program. Perhaps it’s due to his career start as a small-town newspaper reporter in the mountains of Colorado and the heart and mind he cultivated in that role, but under Bob’s leadership, DISH’s Internal Communications programming has contributed to elevated employee engagement levels, in all engagement categories, across the company.
Bill Myers is Vice President of Marketing and Communications at DaVita Inc., a $14 billion fully integrated healthcare company serving nearly two million patients around the world. He directs a team responsible for communications, marketing, social media, digital strategy and execution, physician outreach, branding, and CEO engagement.
Bill also led the launch and execution of DaVita’s nationally recognized Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. His commitment to community is seen not only in all he has accomplished with DaVita’s CSR program but also in his participation on various boards, including the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation, Amp the Cause and the DaVita Village Trust.
