CSR Accelerator Program

The new CSR Accelerator Program presented by Southwest Airlines is a four-month program for early to mid-career corporate social responsibility (CSR) and social impact practitioners to connect with industry leaders and peers while advancing their professional journey. Structured around B:CIVIC’s pillars – Making the Business Case; Employee Experience; Community Impact and Telling Our Story – participants will walk away with the expertise and tools needed to advance their skills and company strategy. Each program day will be crafted by industry leaders around the needs of the cohort.
Elevate your team’s impact and lead in responsible business. Participants will receive:
- 14+ hours of content, discussions and professional development
- Access to 6+ social impact experts with a combined 50+ years of experience in social impact and CSR
- Confidential space with your peers and experts to discuss current initiatives, challenges and receive feedback
- A toolkit of strategic CSR and social impact knowledge, including resources and templates to implement immediately
- Connections to peers within a trusted small-group setting
- Receive a certification and LinkedIn badge by B:CIVIC, an affiliate of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation.
Pilot Program Pricing:
- B:CIVIC Investor or DMCC Member: $750
- Non-Investor or Member: $950
Is this the right program for you?
The CSR Accelerator Program is ideal for professionals new to the CSR and social impact space with at least one year experience in their current role.
The content will be delivered as 70% facilitated workshops and 30% small group discussions.

- In-Person Orientation Day | Making the Business Case | January 16, 3-5 p.m.
- Virtual Program Day | Employee Experience | February 20, 9-11 a.m.
- Virtual Program Day | Community Impact | March 13, 9-11 a.m.
- In-Person Final Day | Telling Our Story | April 10, 9-12 p.m.
Alternative Date (accounting for unplanned events – weather, health & safety): April 3, 2025
Time Expectations: Two in-person days and two virtual days, plus approximately 1-2 hours of outside class work per month. Participants must commit to attending all program days upon acceptance to the program. Outside class work includes surveys, resource review, other homework preparation and an optional consultation call.
