Engaging Your Employees: Best Practices From the Field

To support companies in authentically inspiring corporate social responsibility (CSR) champions across their organizations, we’ve developed this toolkit featuring effective strategies modeled by B:CIVIC investor companies representing an array of sizes and industries. From the hiring and onboarding process to training, wellness and leadership development incentives, to employee assistance and, of course, high-impact community investment strategies, there are relevant ideas for any company to adopt.
