To measure for impact, you must determine the why, your specific goals aligned with business objections and identify the story of your cumulative impact for your communities.

Our speakers think about ROI as:
- Both goals and results.
- Staying on top of the data.
- The benefit of CSR or social impact in relation to the company’s business goals.
- A specific dashboard for each local office or department BUT all tied together. Bonus points if your IT department can create dashboards specific to each group that are interconnected.
- Sharing similar focus areas across the organization.
- The connection to all your stakeholders but especially your largest stakeholders.
- Tailored data and stories to specific internal and external audiences.
