2021 was a year like no other. Companies banded together to uplift our communities and support their employees during times of crisis. Though virtual, we came together to share our learning, develop new strategies, take collective action and build resiliency.
As an organization, we deepened our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion to advance racial equity. And we continued to support the Colorado Companies Uniting Against Racism pledge signers with resources to encourage companies to commit to meaningful action.
Together, we proved that collective action and social responsibility are more important than ever. We are stronger and more resilient together.
Through everything, the generosity of the B:CIVIC community has kept us inspired and helped us focus on our purpose – to elevate business for good. We know we have something very special here in Colorado and we are committed to growing our impact, together.
